The work. It's always about the work.
As a Creative Director, at least once a week creatives under my care would ask the same question: Can I get a raise? My answer was always the same. If you want to get more, wait a few months but if you really want a raise, do better work.
It's why good creatives get better and agencies keep clients. Here's some work I'm proud to say kept clients 
and built remarkably successful creative brand platforms.
